I enjoyed your book, and certainly got an inside view of how physicians think. As a family nurse practitioner of 11 years, and an RN for more than 25; I think you should consider more credit for the skills of a competent advance practice nurse. The most important lesson I learned, was to know my limitations, and when to call a physician. I have never been chastised for asking a question or asking for help.
